The Brand & Marketing Research Analyst and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for leading and executing branding, marketing, and customer engagement strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across brand marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, customer experience, market research, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in brand management, integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration within fast-paced retail, FMCG, F&B, or lifestyle industries. The role requires the ability to lead strategic initiatives while effectively managing day-to-day campaign execution and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
-Develop and implement comprehensive branding and marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market positioning.
-Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
-Support long-term brand growth through data-driven consumer and market insights.
Marketing Campaign Management
-Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, KOL/influencer marketing, CRM, in-store marketing, and offline events.
-Lead end-to-end campaign development from concept to execution and post-campaign evaluation.
-Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing initiatives.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
-Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive activities, and growth opportunities.
-Analyze customer behavior and market dynamics to inform strategic business decisions.
-Translate insights into actionable marketing and customer experience strategies.
Content & Creative Development
-Oversee the development of marketing content across digital, social, print, and promotional channels.
-Manage KOL and influencer content initiatives while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
-Collaborate with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver compelling brand storytelling.
Digital Marketing
-Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, CRM, email marketing, and performance marketing.
-Monitor digital trends and leverage emerging platforms to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
-Optimize marketing effectiveness through analytics, testing, and continuous improvement.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
-Partner with customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and brand experience.
-Develop initiatives that improve customer journey touchpoints across online and offline channels.
-Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to strengthen service quality and loyalty.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
-Monitor and analyze marketing and customer experience KPIs.
-Measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, customer engagement, and brand performance.
-Prepare and present strategic reports and recommendations to senior management.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
-Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, vendors, and influencers.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Commercial and Product.
-Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Team Leadership & Development
-Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing team members.

Preferred Qualifications
-5–7+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or customer engagement roles within FMCG, F&B, retail, or lifestyle industries.
-Strong experience in both marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
-Proven track record in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.
-Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
